It’s hard to imagine that women in the United States used to be the legal property of their husbands, and that it was only in 1920 that women were allowed to vote. That’s 144 years too late. It took women like Elizabeth Cady Stanton to trail blaze the way for the self-evident rights of women to stand equally among men.
During the time period in which Cowboy Ninja occurs, the woman’s suffrage movement was in it’s most fervent period of growth. I will definitely have a book in this series about it. \m/
